I’ve been looking for ages for a perfect breton striped top with 3/4 sleeves, but, being me, I didn’t want to pay full price for it! I finally found this one on Ebay last week and paid £1.04 for it. It turned up this morning and I thought maybe wearing something a bit jaunty would put a spring in my step as I am sooo tired following a long weekend of travelling and late nights to a friends Hen Night in Milton Keynes. The belt is from Vivien of Holloway and the studded wedge sandals were one of my swaps from the Global Cool Swishing Party back in February and this is their second outing.
Whilst I’m here I might as well take the opportunity to show off the 1960s Frank Usher cocktail dress I wore at the weekend. It was discoloured and had rust marks, but the wonders of Oxy Clean saved it and I decided it deserved a party. It will soon be up for sale in the Retro Chick Shop so make sure you check back! It’s covered in gold embroidery and diamantes. There’s a couple missing, but from the amount of comments it got it doesn’t seem to matter!

This dress is now available for sale on eBay
